Funding

The School of Construction Management Technology (SCMT) has a limited number of graduate teaching and research assistantships each year. The graduate assistantships provide a unique opportunity for graduate students to gain teaching and research experience and to work with faculty members in classrooms and laboratories related to their area of specialization. Each year the faculty members will review MS applicants for consideration in hiring opportunities as teaching assistants (TA) or research assistants (RA). Individual faculty members seeking to hire graduate students for TA and RA may post the opening information. Students are highly encouraged to learn more about the faculty members and their areas of research/specializations in advance of making contact with the faculty member. Students are discouraged from sending emails soliciting TA and RA appointments. The School does not promise nor provide funding for all students so all accepted graduate applicants must be able to financially support their own education.
