Communications and Anechoic Test Chamber Lab

The Communications and Anechoic Test Chamber Lab provides students with an environment where they are able to explore as well as develop the skills and knowledge in order to create new processes, new innovations, new technology in order to increase efficiency and performance.

Anechoic Test Chambers are designed to stop reflections of either sound or electromagnetic waves. They are also insulated from exterior sources of noise. The combination of both aspects means they simulate a quiet open-space of infinite dimension, which is useful when exterior influences would otherwise give false results.
