Gallium Nitride FET (eGaNFET) Motor Drive Board Development

eGanFETs are new to electronics hardware development engineers.  We have developed PCBs for  Efficient Power Company's (EPC) FETs  and tested.  A MS. thesis was completed in this area. This board can be used to control small 3-phase ac induction motors, 3-phase BLDC motors, or DC motors (using two legs).  Significant efficiency benefits were observed , compared to a MOSFET based H-Bridge, at frequencies above 750 kHz.
