Faculty Convocation 15th Annual Poster Session

Two $500 winners, 1 from each category: Research or Engagement/Learning

Deadline for Submission – March 22, 2019

Poster Session Criteria

Information on the poster must include:

  • Poster Title 
  • Names of Collaborators 

At least one of the collaborators must be a faculty member in the Purdue Polytechnic Institute.  The form must be submitted electronically by a Polytechnic faculty member.  All correspondence will be with the Polytechnic faculty member.

Posters from last year’s convocation are not eligible.

Poster size should be approximately 3 ft. by 4 ft.  Portrait or landscape is acceptable.

Poster may be rigid or flexible.  We will have binder clips & push pins available for attaching the posters.

Print your poster on high quality paper, the office of Associate Dean for Research will pay for the printing of your poster.

Preferably, at least one faculty member will accompany each poster and be available for questions during the session.  However, you can have a graduate or undergraduate student available to discuss the poster.

Set-up will begin at 8:30 am   Judging will begin at 9:00 am

Judging will be based on:

  • Innovation
  • Discovery
  • Engagement
  • Learning
  • Presentation of information
  • Engaging conversation

Winners will be announced at the Polytechnic Faculty Staff Recognition Luncheon in April 2019.
