Alumni gathered in July at Lincoln Park Zoo

Our Tech Pride was strong at the 4th annual Alumni Day event at the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago. Attendees were treated to a Technology grab bag, scavenger hunt, animal exhibits and an ice cream social.

Justin Baitz, president of the Purdue Technology Alumni Board, addressed guests and spoke briefly on how alumni events are important to the College of Technology. They are, in a sense, a family reunion, he said. Alumni events provide a time to reconnect and share developments in our lives. They give each of us a chance to see where we each have grown since we last met and learn about where we are headed, as well as catch up on how the College of Technology is moving forward.
