Work collaboratively in a team environment with departmental faculty and staff, business office colleagues and central office resources. Serve as account clerk for the faculty and staff in the College of Technology (primarily KNOY HALL). Prepare, proofread and or/audit all travel related documents determining allowability, allocability and reasonableness based on federal, state and University policies and procedures. Assist with preparation of and account management associated with Study Abroad activities. Utilize credit cards to secure with travel arrangements and study abroad expenditures. Serve as departmental resource for travel and study abroad related activities.
