Monthly payroll clerk for the College of Technology (COT) faculty and staff in KNOY hall. Responsible for faculty employment contracts, preparing and reviewing offer letters, preparing payroll documents for faculty, staff and graduate students, monitoring graduate student allocations within the college, and maintaining vacation and sick leave records for monthly staff. Works collaboratively across the business office group and with customers. Provides account management support through maintenance of salary projections, assisting of monthly payroll and review of PARs. Serves as a resource to Dean, Department Heads, faculty, staff, and business office staff on monthly payroll related issues. Assists with credit card checkout and other business office duties as assigned.
