Research Collaborators

SMIL research is focus on many areas influenced by Smart Grid Concepts. These areas include :

  • Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI)
  • Cyber security in AMI
  • Home Area Network (HAN) : Appliance control and automation based on AMI information
  • Distributed and renewable energy resources integration, monitoring and control   
  • Grid operation and the impact of distributed resources (DR) in grid operation
