Metrology Laboratory

This 500 sq. ft., climate controlled teaching laboratory provides students the ability to study the science of measurement first-hand. Within this lab, students are provided with equipment to characterize all aspects of a given part, including size, shape, feature location, surface roughness, etc…

The laboratory serves the following courses:

  • MET 245 (Manufacturing Systems)
  • MFET 400 (Manufacturing Engineering Technology)
  • MFET 344 (Automated Manufacturing Processes)
