Butler Center awards research project grant to CIT faculty

Dominic Kao, Dawn Laux and Ida Ngambeki

Purdue’s Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence has selected a project by three computer and information technology faculty for the 2020 Research Project Grant for Assistant Professors.

Dominic Kao, assistant professor of computer and information technology, Dawn Laux, associate department head and clinical associate professor of computer and information technology, and Ida Ngambeki, assistant professor of computer and information technology, will conduct a research project titled “Investigating Faculty Role Models in Academia: What Role Models Do Academic Faculty Have?” Kao is the principal investigator; Laux and Ngambeki are co-principal investigators.
