What specific classes helped prepare you for your new job?
My CM150 course was really helpful in learning tools and means and methods for projects. Not everyone comes into construction management with actual construction experience, and gaining this knowledge prepares you for the trades and understanding their daily tasks.

Experimentation across disciplines to combine interior design, psychology, spatial analysis, data analytics, and technology to change the way our industry thinks about design.

Purdue Polytechnic provided me with the multidisciplinary experience that I needed to succeed, and inspired me to pursue unorthodox opportunities.

I will be working with client companies to make sure their digital infrastructure is secure, as well as creating security documentation and auditing organizations for security guideline compliance.

While most studies on gender bias focus on visual distinctions and stereotypes, Purdue Polytechnic's Dominic Kao went down a novel route by exploring individuals' judgments and reactions to male and female voices.

Describe your potential job duties
As a consultant, I will be working on in-house and client projects. Specific tasks can include working on migrations and developing presentation decks for technical and non-technical people to keep them up to date on various tasks within a project. I will also travel to client sites for any on-site work that is required.

Be a part of a client-facing team to develop and implement digital solutions using emerging technologies. Conduct market research and gather information to develop expertise in emerging technologies (IoT, AI, 5G, AR/VR, Crypto) and their business benefits, and provide guidance and strategies to help clients achieve their goals.

Polytechnic provided me with hands-on experience and diverse knowledge of other concentrations like electrical, materials, and automation engineering. Being well-rounded and knowing how to apply my knowledge greatly helped me become qualified for my job.
